It's good to see someone asking about the FAQ to start, rather than
having to be pointed at it.

There isn't one, per se, but the DJGPP FAQ does have a few notes about
the group.

The FAQ will point you to most of them.  www.delorie.com is another good
starting place (though it's unfortunately on the other side of a slow
