I got DJGPP 2.02 and RSXNTDJ 1.50 from the zip picker at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/, installed the fixes from
http://surf.to/rsxntdj, and built many of the example programs.
But where do I go from here?

Does WinAllegro work with RSXNTDJ? I don't want to have
to run out and shell out hundreds of dollars for Micr0$oft
Visual Studio.

Specifically, where could I go for help in starting to make
WinArena? It would be a Win32 port of DOSArena for NT
users or others whose DOS box is flaky.
