Go into your AUTOEXEC.BAT file and add this line:
set LFN=y

This environment variable tells RHIDE to use long filenames. Since 
STREAMBUF.H isn't in standard DOS 8.3 format, RHIDE can only find 
STREAM~1.H so you have to specify this environment variable to tell RHIDE 
to use long filenames.
