You need csdpmi4b.zip. You don't need it to run the program under Windows.
Get it from ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2misc/ and unzip
it into your djgpp directory (use -d option if you use pkunzip). If you want
to distribute your program, you need to include cwsdpmi.exe with it.
