I believe you have to ask for permission to the author before doing anything
to it. If Mr. Rainer is to busy, or has lost interest in his product, then
it is likely to "pass it" to you. Anyway, ask him.
I cannot contribute with the develpment directly, but I am willing to try o
set it up and help to beta test it.
If it works, RSXNTDJ could be a great add on to DJGPP. Nowdays, the ability
to create Win32 executables is very important, it could be an injection of
new blood to the DJGPP comunity if we could develop applications, reliable
applications, for the Win9x/NT plataform. May be we could demostrate that
not all Windows developing is full of bugs.
RSKNTDJ could open the door to Winsock libraries, DirectX and the MS Jet
engine, allowing the development comunity to create professional and state
of the art (at least by Windows standards) applications.

Please do not flame me, but even as I love DOS as a develpment and working
environment, the Win32 plataform is just what everyone uses.
