No, it isn't.  Nobody has asked this before, so this Question is 
certainly not Frequent ;-).

The support for several processors is not, and cannot be, in DJGPP.  It 
should be part of the OS.  An application can only be asked about this 
support if it includes multitasking, which DJGPP doesn't.

AFAIK, Windows/NT is the only MS-bred OS that supports multiple 
processors.
