Both Cygwin and RSXNTDJ failed to produce a console win app I needed as a CGI
program. This app could be built flawlessly using a commercial system. With
RSXNTDJ however, I used its debugger to locate the source of the problem, a
SIGSEGV, which occurred prior to the call to main(). So at least the debugger
that comes with RSXNTDJ will be of some assistance in sorting out its problems,
for those who have the time.
