Yeah, the next time you get an error like that you'd better just heave
your pc into the trash.

The first error message you got was something like:
prog.cpp: In function 'void drawscreen()':
prog.cpp:39: parse error before '}'

The thing I wonder is how you could NOT figure that out.  Or does your
IDE just have a 'Post Errors to UseNet' option.
