There's another one i found..
Its called LCC-Win32

LCC-Win32 is a free C win32 compiler
and have libs already included with it
such as the DirectX lib and the OPENGL lib 
so you wont have to convert them and they all work. Its free and its fast
comparable to VC++ output code.
