You are very right about this. Binaries just waste bandwidth.

1. You can't know it's now a virus.

2. Some people reading this can't run them (even if they were insane
   and wanted to), because of being on another platform.

3. This newsgroup's name _does_ _not_ end in "binaries", hence such
   post do not belong here.
