Read the FAQ, search for -lstdcx. It explains how fix this RHIDE bug.

gxx is a wrapper to gcc and adds -lstdcxx (the correct lib) to the command
line, so going

gxx (whatever)
is equivalent to
gcc (whatever) -lstdcxx
