You've just given yourself one. :)

Any calculation that requires larger numbers than long long int and more
precision than long double.  (Given unlimited size ints, you can have
unlimited size floating point or rational values.)  Astronomy surely has
some applications, as well as number theory and cryptography (think of
things like large primes).
