Because RHIDE saves only the options for one project and not generally for
all files. Open a new project, change the options and add the files as
"items" in the project menu. If you exit RHIDE close the project. The next
RHIDE-session you must open your project, and the options will be active.

Because the GCC links the standardlib... but I don't know how to change (i'm
new in gcc too).
