Hello!

Go to this website http://www.delorie.com/ and click the Zip-Picker. This
page tells you what you need and how to install DJGGP correctly.

And update your autoexec.bat with new path. Add this lines:

set PATH=c:\djgpp\bin;%PATH%
set DJGPP=c:\djgpp\djgpp.env
