it looks like you didn't download the c++ files for djgpp.  go to
www.delorie.com/djgpp and go through the zip picker and make sure you chack
off the c++ box in the languages section and make sure you have downloaded
all the files and extracted them properly.  other than that i have no ideas
but that should work.
