I've installed the gnu bash for dos/win on an NT machine as well as a dr-dos
machine.

The NT machine seems to work fine. The DR-DOS machine, however, re-boots
every time I start the bash shell.

Very strange.

Other info: I have LILO with Caldera OpenLinux on the first (C, Master)
drive, set up to boot DR-DOS off the second slave drive if I choose from
lilos image list.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

Should I shell to some other shell interpreter first?

It does the same whether the task manager is on or off.

Thanks a million.
