This is not the proper fix for this problem. The proper fix is to add the
following to the bottom of the djgpp.env file:

[rhide]
RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cc=stdcxx
RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cxx=stdcxx
RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cpp=stdcxx
