I am sorry to bother you with a few silly questions. I recently bought the
book "Teach Yourself C++ in 24 hours" and I have installed the compiler that
was provided with the cd, but I have no idea how to start compiling the
simple program in hour 1. What would be my first few steps, how do I use
the compiler? I know these questions may sound rather silly but I am a
little stuck with my next step.
Please help!!!!!!! Thank you for whatever help you can provide... John
