Use EGCS instead, it fully supports namespaces and has better C++
support
than GCC anyway, however its standard library isn't put it namespace
std. 
EGCS home page - gcc.gnu.org, and its port to DJGPP you can find in
v2gnu/egcs/ 
directory.
