Borland clearly states in your web site that the Public Domain TV is the one
contained in the file we downloaded. The file then states that this file in the
only thing they provide, no support, no help files, etc.
As a registered user of BC++ 3.1 I have the help files and I also created a
program to convert the help file to info format, but I don't think I can simply
distribute it.
The bad thing is that Borland doesn't reply to any e-mail, not even from a
customer! the support is not free and e-mail answers are technical support. The
only free tech. sup. is provided by TeamB people, supported by Borland, but not
official speakers.
Richard Stallman was discusing some dark points in all of this license stuff and
I got the mails, so most probably some clarifications will be done in the near
future, it means: most probably FSF will force Borland to clarify it publically.
