programs.

You need to make sure that the environent variable DJGPP is set to
point to the DJGPP.ENV file. Add "set DJGPP=c:/djgpp/djgpp.env" to
your AUTOEXEC.BAT and reboot. While you're at it, remove
C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV from your PATH statement.
