Is your installation correct?

You have not made a DOS executable.  DOS only runs .com and .exe files
(and also .bat files).  It doesn't know the fist thing about C / C++
source code.  You need to compile the source code into an .exe file
before you can run it.

Do you know how to run the compiler, gcc?
