This almost certainly means you have a version mixup of gcc, which you
should fix immediately. As is, you seem to be using the 2.7.2.1
version of cc1.exe, but a more recent one (2.8.1) of cc1plus.exe.  A
close look at the 'gcc -v hello.c -o hello.exe' output would have made
that problem obvious, I think.
