Is this the file IBLDENV.EXE?

I must admit, I had to restart my download a few times before this behemoth of a file
would download successfully.
So, stick with it. Hopefully it will work in the end.

Get a download manager like GetRight that can resume the file if Microsoft's pathetic
server stops responding.
