This is a documented problem with OpenDOS/DR-DOS in DJGPPFAQ 6.3.

The configuration you´re trying at present still has problems that renders
it no operational. 

Although it is reasonable that with effort it could be made to work, it is
necessary to check with Caldera:

	If they have any means to help you to solve this problem;
	if they already released the source code for the OS, so one interested and
knowledgable soul could pinpoint the reason for the incompatibility;
	see what are the needs for a DJGPP program to run under TaskManager.
