As of v2.02, `malloc' and friends no longer use BSD code, so you
shouldn't need to credit Cal.  All you need to do is mention in your
documentation that you used DJGPP and say where it can be found
(ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/ should do it).  The only
legal way to get around it, AFAICT, would be to make some kind of deal
with DJ <dj AT delorie DOT com>, but is it really so hard to credit DJGPP and
list one URL?
