You are thinking about the context sensitive help (invoked with C-F1),
aren't you?

Well, I'm afraid there is no on-line reference for the STL. There's one for
the iostream classes (try hitting F1, then C-u a few times, and at last
typing "iostream"), but it doesn't seem to work very well with the context
sensitive search. If you want to make RHIDE search the iostream reference
anyway, type "iostream" in Help->Syntax help->Files to search.

BTW, technically speaking the help is not for C, but for the standard C
library (libc.a).
