Can I make programs that run in an environment like DOS's Edit for windows 
with DJGPP?  It's in the DOS box, but it doesn't scroll the screen.  I don't 
know if this counts as GUI or not since it does not use any graphics at all. 
  I mainly use the RHIDE to do all the work for me if that's of any help.  
Using windows95 (spanish version).  I think it's djgpp 2.8 or something like 
that.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.
