Have you set the environmental variables in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file? Use notepad/Wordpad to type in the programme to a file. Save the file as hello.c in c:\windows\temp (ie c:\windows\temp\hello.c) open a DOS window type gcc -c -Wall c:\windows\temp\hello.c What else do you need to know?
