Read it up in the FAQ, searching for 'streambuf' as a keyword. The
FAQ is in faq211b.zip. In case you didn't download it, do so now.

In a nutshell, this is a typical sign of some incorrect combination of
'LFN' setting, operating system and unzipping method.
