I was having the same problem, and it had to do with the DJGPP
environment file, DJGPP.ENV. There are two things that you should
double check in that file (open it in wordpad, not notepad, if you are
on a WIN 9X system, or you'll have trouble reading it). Instead of
telling you (because I would have to look it up in the FAQ again), I
will direct you to the FAQ, because it gives clear and concise
instruction about this particular problem.
