Thats what I meant, the development does not take place on this list
which is good!  I know it is not closed, I was saying that it therei
is a clear distinction between the development and the users, 
although of course developers are both and participate in both lists. 
Its just not like certain projects which have not reached stable where 
if you participate in the mailing list then you have to use bleeding 
edge bugs and all.  DJGPP is much *better* than this.
