Yep, in the add-on section, it has wrappers for bitmaps and sound, I think.
I'm pretty sure I saw someone on one of the Allegro mailing lists who was
going to do a more complete wrapper, but I don't know when it'll be ready.
Maybe you could try asking on the AL mailing list if the current wrapper
isn't enough.
