You might consider searching the DJGPP mail archives, I think somebody
posted here some time ago something about a DJGPP port of GMP.  The
archives are at http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/mail-archives/.

If that doesn't help, perhaps explaining here what problems did you
have to build GMP yourself is a good idea.  Several people who read
this group have experience in building GNU packages, and the procedure
is fairly standardised, so your problems might have known solutions.
