Just submitted my answers to one of your questionnaires.
You don't seem to cater for people who have more than 1 operating system
on their
PC.
You don't include Playstation under consoles but do include Sega Satern?
The drop down list boxes contain an answer by default this is not a good
idea as it can lead people to a certain answer.
I hope this questionnaire and the statistics you compile from it are not
a major part of your project, in my opinion with these questions
you will not be able to extract any useful data.
