faq211b is a zip archive which includes the FAQ in several formats (Info,
plain ASCII, and HTML). Which one of them is garbled, and how did you
try to read it?
The ASCII version can be read with any text file browser or editor, even
with DOS's standard MORE command.
The Info version is for reading with the Info reader, either in RHIDE or
the stand-alone info.exe program which comes with txi312b.zip. To invoke
info.exe, type this from the DOS command line:
info faq
or
info -f djgppfaq
The HTML version is readable by any Web browser, like Netscape or
Internet Explorer.
