That would be an exceptionally tricky thing to do, because the DPMI
server is required to run any djgpp code. If you don't have one, you
are stuck in 16 bit real mode and can't run any gcc compiled code at
all. You'd have to alter the crt0 stub, which is a very complex bit
of code, written in real mode assembler, and not for the faint of heart.
