Yes, I was using 201.  I downloaded djlsr202 and unzipped it into
/djgpp, but I was still unable to build libc.  I'm guessing that I'm
missing some of the neccesary tools.  I'll try reinstalling my whole
djgpp setup from a fresh set of distfiles tomorrow and try again.
