FreeBE/AF version 1.1 has been uploaded to 
http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/freebe/, and should soon be showing up in
the v2tk/allegro/ directory on SimTel as well, in the files freebb11.zip
(binaries) and freebs11.zip (source).

This is a free implementation of the VBE/AF graphics driver API, which
provides high performance 2d hardware acceleration for any programs that
support these drivers (eg. anything that uses Allegro or the SciTech
MGL).

New in this version: Michal Stencl added a hardware accelerated blit
routine and truecolor support to the S3 driver. Fixed a buffer overflow
problem with some VESA drivers that return larger info structures than
they really should be.
