You have read the manual, of course?  It would be much easier to help
you if you'd say which functions you want to use, what you want to do,
and what in the manual's documentation is unclear.

Note that the functions are only entries into the BIOS firmware, which
is a bit too complex to document with libc.  Ralf Brown's Interrupt List
is one of the definitive sources for this; see msdos/info/inter*.zip on
Simtelnet.
