However you have set your path to use C:\DJGPP.


Either unzip in C:\DJGPP or set your path to use C:\DJGPP\DJDEV202\BIN

: DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV

That goes for DJGPP environment variable too.
