you've put all your zip files in seperate directories. that is bad, to say
the least :-)

unzip all the files to your c:\djgpp directory.

this is so that the zip files can add to the current directories (eg.
djgpp/bin), which you have a different directory for every zip file. they
all need to be combined.

with all due respect, sometimes i wonder how things like this happen.....
