IIRC this is a known rsx bug.

No, since all the compiler tools run in protected mode. It might be a DPMI
issue, with cwsdpmi and Winblows acting different. And the command line
truncation thing someone mentioned... -o options make the command lines
longer. You don't have an old (pre 2.02) gcc.exe do you? or an old gxx.exe?
Also, ld.exe?
