  You should have asked this question in comp.lang.asm.x86 or
alt.lang.asm and not in comp.os.msdos.djgpp

  Yes it is.  Its location has been mentioned in a recent
post in comp.lang.asm.x86.  You can use Dejanews to search
for recent posts about Pentium III.

  BTW, someone sent me updates for NASM to add the KNI instruction
set (I think that is Pentium III).  I haven't had time yet to
add it to my prerelease of NASM, but if you decide to use NASM as
an example assembler, ask and I will get a copy to you.
