as is gcc's 32-bit assembler.  Motorola syntax, very efficient for gcc
to use.  djasm is a 16-bit assembler built just for the stub, sbrk,
and exit.  nasm is an Intel-syntax general-purpose assembler.

While the stub could have used nasm, (1) nasm wasn't around then, and
(2) djasm makes djgpp self-sufficient.
