From what I remember, rsxntdj does support C++ code.
Regarding your request for the newest version of rsxntdj, perhaps
you can check it out at rsxntdj homepage. Just go to http://www.delorie.com/djgpp. Click "files found on other sites",
scroll through the list for RSXNTDJ and it'll take you there. I can't remember the exact URL though. Just go to DJGPP links page.
