No, it actually says #Top in the HTML source.
Have I got an old version of the FAQ?

I simply got my DJGPP set-up from one of those "what to download" sites
(probably via www.shareware.com). It is version djgppV2.02 .
Various MAKEDEFS files are dated 4/98 and 5/98.

Q: Do you really mean I have to read this looongish
FAQ list to get my answers?

Q: I have this problem which I absolutely MUST
solve NOW! What do I do?

A: No, you don't need to read all of the
FAQ unless you want to (although this is by all means recommended). The
questions in this document are listed, as much as
possible, in the order they appear when one goes through getting DJGPP,
installing it and using it. To quickly find an answer to your question,
first look at the Table of Contents.

Again, I repeat that in the (out of date?) version I have, the
next two names don't link UNDER NETSCAPE because they contain spaces.

They work on MSIE, but "back" doesn't work properly on MSIE -- a
known problem of MSIE.
