This has come up before.  Users may post in whatever language they
choose, as long as they understand that non-English posts may get
fewer responses as non-English languages are less popular among djgpp
users than English.  I don't want anyone to be turned away just
because they don't speak English!

If someone asks a question in a non-English language, chances are,
only an answer in that same language would be helpful to them.  Feel
free to answer in English, but don't expect them to understand you.
