Have you read the documentation that comes with RSXNTDJ? There's a folder (or directory) under \RSXNTDJ named DOC or something. You'll find the documentation files there. Read all of them *carefully*.

Installing RSXNTDJ is not so straight-forward; it's not just unzipping the archive but you have to change some settings, replace some files in order to get it to work.

From what I remember, you need to edit a spec file and set the correct path to the folder that you've installed RSXNTDJ. Next you need to replace the DJGPP.ENV file with one supplied by RSXNTDJ package and the LD.EXE (linker) file in \DJGPP\BIN.

And then I think you need to modify your autoexec.bat by including the following line:
SET RSXNTDJ=C:\RSXNTDJ

I've installed mine in C:\RSXNTDJ. Just set it to wherever you've placed RSXNTDJ.

That's the most I can remember -- I installed RSXNTDJ 1 year ago. :) Read up the documentation for concise details on installing RSXNTDJ. Also, I've heard of quite a lot of people having problems installing and using RSXNTDJ so my solution may still not help you out much but I hope you can get it working easily.
