You can't expect people to get psychic and guess what is the reason of
your problem, unless you report the exact text of the error message(s)
that you got.  Please always report all relevant information when you
are asking for help.

The most popular problems of this kind and their solutions are
described in the DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq211b.zip from the same place
you got DJGPP), in sections 8.1, 8.2 and 8.7, so it might be a good
idea to read those.
